Q: How long do I have to sign up for?
A: We offer month to month leases, no long term commitment.
Q: When can I get to my belongings?
A: Our facility is Open 24 Hrs. 7 Days a week. The office is open Mon. thru Sat. 9AM to 6PM.
**The office also closes daily for lunch from 1PM to 2PM. Leave us a message and we will get back to you, ASAP.
Q: How much of a notice must be given before I move out?
A: We require a 10 day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided at Move-In.
Q: Do you offer a mover?
A: Although we don't offer a mover, we do have dollies and a hand cart. Please call us for full details.
Q: What sizes of units do you have and how much do they cost?
A: We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Please visit our detailed list of units.
Q: How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
A: Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size of unit to meet your needs; just provide us a brief description of items to be
stored.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex), checks, and cash.
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our secure payment website, where you may also arrange to have payment be automatically charged to your credit card.
